Minimum:  2 night Reservation required.  

Minimum age to reserve - 21 years old.   (Age of Legal Responsibility.)

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

The rate is per cabin - not per person. Maximum number of quests allowed is 6 - because of sleeping areas - two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. More than that would be uncomfortable and crowded.

 Oklahoma tax added 9.25%      Maximum number of guests is 6.

If children make total  more than 6 occupants,  call to discuss planned sleeping arrangements. 

 

Responsible adult must be with  underage guests at the cabin       

No refunds due to weather. No refunds for "No show" or early departure. 

NO SHOWS will be charged 100%.

The reservation has blocked calendar for you, other booking will not  be considered for that date.

No waiting list is kept. 

If something happens to change your plans,  it could be difficult to fill recently vacant date. 

 To make any changes, CALL.    

This must be done a month before date of check in.  

Calling later to request  a change in the  date is not fair to us -

other reservation requests have been declined - because  holding for you. 

We suggest you get trip insurance for your protection. 

 

The rental rate is for the cabin - not per person.  Nightly rate is the same: 1 - 6 people.

There is no charge for additional people as  requests  for more people are not accepted.  

We do not intend to overcrowd the cabin.

If more bedrooms needed, book an additional cabin.  I have contact information of owners.                                                              

Whisperwind Cabin is a perfect choice for a small family or two couples.

                   

Pet fee of $30.00 added  - all  must agree to  Pet Policy and observe all rules.   (Dog is only pet allowed)

Do not attach dog to furniture or other items inside the cabin or on the deck.

Pen on grounds with a chain on gate - bring a lock if more security desired

Dog is never to be left unsupervised  - unless crated.  

Even a dog well behaved at home could act out left alone in a strange place. 

If your dog is allowed on bed or sofa at home, bring a covering to spread over furniture

to collect dog hair and prevent  damage.

We want to continue to be a  "Pet Friendly" rental.

The pet fee is not per dog - or per night.  We are not renting space for the dog,

We are allowing you to bring your dog with you.  The fee is the same - one dog or two -

no more allowed at one time.

We do not place a  restriction  on the size, age, weight, or sex of your dog.

If you bring a dog with you, you are completely responsible for it at all times-- do not allow it out of your sight. 

Pet owner is responsible for damages and cleaning up after pet  - inside as well as outside.
